Visiting a house is no longer just sightseeing! You can now help the owner of the house you visit: water their plants, wash their pets, fill their litter box or their pet bowls.

The best part: the owner doesn't need to be online. Your help will be waiting for them when they come back.

Four Ways to Help

Water the Plants

Each click adds one water to the tank of the plant. Plants drink a Crate of Water every 3 to 7 hours and wilt when their tank is empty, so a neighbor can save a rare seed while its owner is away!

Wash the Pets

One wash cleans all the living pets of the house at once. The owner needs a Soap and a Sponge placed in the house, and a Drain for a Shower. It matters: dirty pets earn experience and growth at half speed, and they make the other pets depressed.

Fill the Litter Box

A Crate of Sand fills the Litter Box for 7 days. With a full box, the pets do their business next to it, and the house stays clean longer.

Feed the Pets

Each Crate of Apples adds one meal to the bowl: a Red Pet Bowl holds 4 meals and a Trough holds 8. It also restarts the freshness timer of the bowl, so the apples stay good for one more day.

How to Help

Open the profile of a tamer, from the leaderboard, your clan or the Mailbox, and click the button to visit their house. Walk up to a furniture: its usual button becomes a help button, and its counter shows how many crates you have. Click it!

To help, you need:
- The Electric Badge or a higher one.
- One of your own crates per help, from your storage: the crates placed in your house don't count.
- An unlocked house: owners, leave your door open if you want some help!
- A furniture that isn't already full.

There is no daily limit: you can help as long as you have crates and the furniture has room. In your own house, the usual buttons do the job.

Where to Find the Crates

During a normal game, the crates wait for you in the in-game Shop:
- Crate of Water: during the Sea season, for 6 Golden Apples and 250 wood.
- Crate of Sand: during the Desert season, for 6 Golden Apples and 250 wood.
- Crate of Apples: in any season, for 4 Golden Apples, 250 wood and 250 apples.

Thank You, Neighbor!

Every help shows you a "Good neighbor" notification. If the owner is at home, they get a "Neighbor help" notification right away. If they were away, their While You Were Away report shows your name, your #id and what you did:

The owner can click your line to open your profile... and maybe send you a thank-you letter: the Mailbox has ready-made sentences like "Thanks for watering my plants!" or "Thanks for looking after my house!"

Helping also completes the last housing quest, Good Neighbor, rewarded with a Welcome Doormat.
